Taxes & Customs

All prices include German VAT. Switzerland & Liechtenstein: we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all taxes and customs fees are already covered, you will not be charged anything on delivery. All other non-EU destinations: shipments are sent DAP — import duties, taxes and handling fees may be charged by your local customs and are payable by you as the recipient.

Import rules for second-hand clothing differ from country to country. Single parcels for personal use are generally unproblematic, but in some countries customs clearance can take longer or incur extra checks. If you are unsure, check your local regulations or simply message us before ordering — we ship worldwide every week and know the routes.
